Pongal celebration 2014

Dear members,

On behalf of IITD Tamil Mandram, we are grateful to thank everyone for
the support that you have shown in the past for running our
association successfully.

We are organizing Pongal & Tamil New Year celebration on 15th March
2014, at Neelkanth Hall. So if you could kindly give your contribution
as soon as possible to Tamil Mandram representatives/friends it would
be helpful to organize the celebration better.

During this function, we encourage people to bring their friends for
the celebration. But make sure that you notify your guest count to
this email on or before 10th March 2014 so that we can make
arrangements accordingly. We can't entertain guests after that since
it would be difficult to arrange for food and we don't want any last
minute shortcomings.

The following rates have been fixed:
   Faculty and IITD staffs   - Rs.600/-
   PhD                             - Rs.300/-
   M.Tech.                       - Rs.250/-
   B.Tech.                        - Rs.150/-
   Project staffs                - Rs.250/-
   Guest (Per head)          - Rs.150/-

We sincerely thank the faculty and staffs who had contributed for this
function during the previous collection drive.

Note: we need the members to pay the amount for guests in prior along
with their contribution.
