horizontal bullet in libreoffice

Hello everyone,
could anyone help to create bullet given in the forum http://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=32671

how to create document like http://forum.openoffice.org/en/forum/download/file.php?id=8427&sid=3a71b7941c36f161fe3395614e5f21e9 given in this forum

The first one is created by inserting the special character in between (not using bullets at all).

In the second case, that section of the page is divided into 5 columns. You have a single bulleted list defined there which will automatically move over to column 2 after reaching the end of column 1.

In the third case, a table is used. Each cell has a bulleted list with exactly one item.

Does that make sense?

 From the menu on the top, Insert > Special Character... U+25CF (unicode) character under times new roman seems to be a bullet character. Choose one such character and click on OK. Voila! :)
