I want to know If there is any project or product like eOffice exists
in OpenSource to handle the file system in offices?
eOffice is a proprietary software being used by all the National
Informatic Centers.
Like a workflow based system that replaces the existing manual
handling of files with a more efficient electronic system in the
offices so as to save time and paper and also to keep track of
everything.
I have tried to search through Internet but have not found anything much useful.
Please let me know If there is something like this exists in OpenSource?
Thank You.

and what eOffice supposed to have is the circulation of documents from
one level to another so as to approve them from the partcular
authority.
I don't know If openERP has these feature, I will check it for these features.
