Mini Marathon is back with its charisma, drama, heroics and of course, competition. As it is said, every jogger can't dream of being an Olympic champion, but he can dream of finishing a marathon. So, here's your chance to experience your dream.
In a marathon, it doesn't matter whether you come first, in the middle of the pack, or last. The satisfaction in saying, 'I finished.' is unparalleled.
"The body does not want you to do this. As you run, it tells you to stop but the mind must be strong. You always go too far for your body. You must handle the pain with strategy...It is not age; it is not diet. It is the will to succeed."
Mini Marathon is the biggest event of SPORTECH and this time it is getting bigger because it is now “open to all” event so participation is expected from all age groups.
RULES
- Any participation of teams or individuals can be cancelled without prior notice and the referees will be the final authority in case of any disputes.
- Your entry and running number bib is not transferable to any other person under any circumstances.
- No wheeled vehicles are allowed on the course. Anyone bringing wheeled vehicles will be disqualified from the race; you will be asked to leave the course.
- Only those confirmed participants wearing the current running number bibs will be allowed on the route. Any person found wearing the incorrect bib or no bib will be disqualified and removed by the course security.
- Baggage counters are available only for participants of the Half Marathon. For security reasons, participants are requested to come without any baggage. Organizers are not responsible for any loss or baggage and belongings.
- The event for kids, women (senior) shall be separate but they can also take part from the open category.

- Also, for the first time we offer participation certificates to all, so that you always cherish the memory of the fun you'll have at SPORTECH 2010.

- Free medical check up for top 3 faculty members.
- Prize for most funny person completing the race.
- Special prize for a group of 7-8 members which is visible in unique way among all.
- Special prize for person with maximum weight completing the race.
- Special prize for person with maximum age completing the race.
- Attractive prizes for top 50 runners.
- T-shirts will be provided for top x persons.
- Refreshments will be provided to all participants.
