for RCP/plug-in developers" (Windows/Linux) from http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/

Special Incentive: At the end of workshop, one enthusiast will be
chosen to be the IBM Eclipse Campus Ambassador who will carry on, the
further activities at the institute.
