3) As per MCA Circular dated 13.07.2015, AOC-4 and MGT- 7 will be available for electronic filing latest by 30th September, 2015. It has been decided by the Ministry to relax additional fees payable on AOC-4 and MGT- 7 upto 31/10/2015.
Therefore, Whatever will be the date of AGM; company can file AOC-4 and MGT-7 without any additional fees upto 31.10.2015.
