There are many occasions will arise in which  want to use the copyrighted works of others like images , video etc.Suppose i want to use few images from website or a part of animation or video of another persons work for  educational use.

What are  the main issues to consider when using copyrighted material, including how to determine whether a work is copyrighted, understanding fair use, and deciding whether you will need to ask permission for a particular use. How to contact the author, documents to be maintained, payments etc.

What are the ways to to obtain permission for using copyrighted materials  from internet, website, video platforms etc. especially legal issues related.
