How LCM Model in good in comparison of other Instructional design like COI or TIM?

I find LCM is very good instructional design, but I want to know what measures does it adopt to overcome the flaws of other Instructional design like TIM or COI. Does it ever possible that we have one instructional design which cooperated all our needs?
