Please stop posting so many codes everyday. Once a code is posted, say SN34199A1, just do the following:
1. Take the first two chars of the code (SN)
2. Attach any 6 digit hex code (say 24639A)
3. Attach the last character (in this case it is '1').

You have a coupon (SN24639A1). I tested this yesterday. If you find any mistakes please post here.

Worked like a charm. This is genius, man - but we would still need some 'seed' or base code to generate our random code? Or do you see this working indefinitely?

Could the CS guys probably write a script deployed by Greasemonkey or something that generates such codes and tries them bruteforce on the pizza selection screen? Also, is smart enough to globally log the codes that throw an invalid/expired error and not use them as wasted tries? Also, will the fact that these are authenticated/cookie sessions present a challenge?

Apologies if I've sized up the idea in an oversimplified manner, I'm quite far removed from the world of coding. But a brilliant hack, nonetheless, Prashant. Cheers.

Hahaha, loving your language. Relax, kiddo, and let's have you understand a few things.

A. All codes have to be discontinued. Sooner than later. These are rarely driven by misuse but more by the marketing strategy in place for that duration. If not, they wouldn't be wantonly distributing them in the first place. Here's a bit of relief for your corncern - they won't even notice this raping on their income statement. I've seen the annual reports of Jubilant Foodworks and they have much bigger things to worry about that are depressing their bottom line.

B. I'm assuming you're not aware of this, but the kind of margins these guys earn per pizza is astounding. Economies of scale as well as their habit of not preparing pizzas from scratch ensures that the pizza you pay for is actually worth much, much less. So excuse me for wanting to reduce the disparity, or look for a good deal. You're really noble - you always shop at full retail, and never look for a sale, do you? Good kid.

You don't want to rape them, you order pizzas at full price. Don't come in the way of creativity and workarounds. Feel me?

I don't think this is anything specific to Dominos site, but more of the usual process for a failed online transaction.
The money is usually held for sometime, manually reviewed by the bank/card people and then credited to the appropriate account. In case of a failed transaction, it is usually credited back to the source account.

If you used Internet Banking/Direct Debit, the bank people will credit it to your account (Usually quite fast - within 3 days or so)
If you used a MasterCard/Visa, the Card company does the review in consultation with the bank. This usually takes upto a month.

Either way you don't have much to do except wait. If you're not credited back in a month, you should probably call up your bank.
