Dear Fellow IIT Alumnus,

Warm Greetings!

We are pleased to announce the next IIT Alumni Middle East event to be held on Friday 27^th June-2014. We are sending this invitation for an Inter IIT Cricket Tournament and Family get together event at; state-of-the-art indoor sports arena, “United Pro Sports” in Al Quoz, Dubai.

This is going to be an enthusiastic event filled with lot of team spirit competition, fun and food.

 

The program & venue details are as below:

 

Date: Friday 27^th June, 2014

Time: 09:30 hours to 16:00 hours

Venue: United Pro Sports, Al Quoz, Dubai (location map attached)

 

Brief Program Schedule: 

09.30am - 10.00am:             Welcome and game rule understanding

10.00am - 12.30pm:             First round robin matches

12.30pm - 13.30pm:             Lunch break, Networking & Thoughts sharing

13.30pm - 15.30pm:             Semi finals and Final match

15.30pm - 16.00pm:             Prize distribution & Vote of Thanks

Registration link for the event is (Open till - 15 June 2014) : IIT Alumni Cricket Tournament - 2014. 

Your registration is important in order to have a correct idea about the turn-up, the input which will further help us in better arrangements. We plan to have this event organized by individual contribution of AED 120 /- (including, match fee + team t-shirts + snacks/beverages). Other details of the event have been enclosed with this mail.  

Although we have put our best effort to have our database updated, we request you to forward this email to other IITians, in-case they have not received this invitation. 

Let us all determine to make this a very joyful and memorable tournament. We look forward to your active participation and have another successful IIT alumni event."
