Reimbursements

Guys,

At OAA we need to submit the final bills to claim reimbursements. So this is what I suggest.

1. Please fill the amount in the spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0Aju0JA134hSvdGtEdU1BZEMwSlRDcEdqcm5HdWg2R3c#gid=0

This is so that in case they ask us to produce the bills, we have proof.

2. We will have 5USD per day as the living expenses as Urvi had put in the proposal. 

So please fill this sheet fast. Once that is done, we will go and pain Nag again. In the previous proposal, the Final amount was not given correctly.
