Dear Uma,
I liked the Wipro report.
It made sense.
I have a small querry.
There is talk of SEBI coming out with new quidelines
as to the extent of public holding of listed companies at 50%.
Is it true?
What is your opinion?
If it is true and there is equity reduction by promoters,
What will be the impact on the prices
as the promoters hold more than 75 % currently?
Thanks
Anbu
