wards with high standered. Now days I have noticed that there are some
teachers joint in IISJ and on going interviews for class 1 and 2
techers. They have selected some +2 passed students ( Just passed last
year and come back from india after attending entrance exam ) and
parents works in IISJ !! . So they are not looking any teaching
experiance,just they need a english talking person to cover up these
classes... What is going on over.
I will not surprise with these as GS HM onwards not even qualified to
sit on their current position.
Such big institution keeping a Principal for GS with MA..... ( To be
verified by authority )
A new picture posted in School web that Dr. Kalimuddin inagurate the
extended classes.... It is just inside the boys building which is
belongs to KG early. Why these type of show up who is not belongs to
a parent but higher board member ??? . For What ??.

Just a suggestion: While we meet teachers tomorrow, is it suggestable to hand over a letter having our concern regarding the fee hike and lack of quality education. In the same, we should mention our support to implement a salary updation for the teachers and other staff of IISJ which can be done by the present salary itself, still we are ready for a certain % increment. . If giving I suggest that the letter to be same from all parents so that the authority may understand the existence of uniformity among the parents. If required kindly some one draft and post in word format, which can be edited by other members and finalized.

I think better we submit the letter to the HM of each section instead
of the teacher so it will reach the Principal speedily ?
If somebody can distribute the format at the gate, leaving space for
the parents name and signature, we can make it a big move...
But who will bell the cat...?

We can't recommend a salary hike for teachers. It will be like supporting their justification for fees hike.
Providing quality teachers is Management issue. At the same time, they can't hire unexperienced staff to teach our kids and jeopardise their future.
Just my two cents... your suggestions are welcome.

Definitely it is a serious issue. I believe we have to notice another side also.
As the medium of education is English there are many teachers said to have qualified can not communicate properly and subject to laugh by students in higher classes.
Though a little backward accademically compared to the home country the communication skill of our students were making them unique among the students in home country and other schools run by our community here until last five or six years before. Now the standard of communication skill is decreasing remarkably.
.It will end up our children having neither good English nor good Local Language like the students coming from English Medium Schools in village areas of our country.

You are absolutely right. Before Malayalam start in our school communication skill was good among our wards.
Many occasions I have raise this issue. But this the result was negative. We have to solve this issue as well.
