Dear Parents,
Please find attached corrected/edited letter that supposedly to be given to
the IISJ Principal and other Officials.
Please, please ...when we communicate with higher authorities of any
Organization, we should exert more jubilant attention to get positive
results for
what we seek from them to do.
Communication by writing or oral should be positive and persuasive and should
be in a esult-oriented fashion always.
We should not use the word of "AMICABLE SOLUTION" The amicable solutions
are not suitable here. Because, there is no kind of confrontation
between Parents
and IISJ Principal or Management here. Amicability should be used in case of
a confrontation between two parties.
And also there so may other relevant wordings and style of usages are to be
adopted when we write professionally qualified people.
Hence, please, let us have brainstorm in these sorts of sensitive
issues effective
from now.
Let me take this opportunity to request Mr. Ayoub, that when you draft
a letter like
this and circulated to everybody, you should have consulted with expericnced
people, who are many around us.
