Junk food banned by the MoE sold in IIS Canteen

Dear Sir,
On my recent visit to the KG/I&II section of IIS for Parent/Teacher meeting, I was surprised to see that the school canteen was selling the banned food items. When I asked the lady who was present in the canteen I was told that she wasn't aware of any such instruction.
I then talked to the HM and she said the canteen is licensed and those who are running it should be aware of such restrictions, if any. Apparently she was also not aware of the ban and promised to look into it.
I would kindly urge the school authorities not to encourage such BUSINESS in the school premises, especially in the KG/I&II sections, and also to issue a circular to the parents to refrain from giving money to their ward.
