Saving Hesaraghatta

For many of us the most accessible `rural' cycle ride is to Hesaraghatta. Now the government has a madcap idea to build a `Film City' there. Please support this campaign to stop it - for what it is worth.

I could be wrong, but I recall that a "development" plan came up in about 2015 and was shot down after environmental impact assessments and after that they fenced off the grassland area.

I wonder if this is the same plan or something new....
