The "IAS" upheaval in neighbouring Andhra pradesh!

It has been known for quite sometime that POLITICS in Andhra Pradesh
is BLOODY, reeks of nepotism and of course Corrupt to the hilt which
has been amply codified by the maxim "Wherever there is Land in AP,
there is a scam".

AP was one of the most corrupt states in South India..rivaled only by
TN..and now to an extent(even now only to an extent) by Karnataka -
thanks to AP alone..courtesy Janardhana REDDY, Karunakara REDDY et al
of the Bellary fame - The mining virus ultimately proliferated from
across the Andhra border!! - Jananrdhan Reddy is being tried in
ANDHRA - rightly so!!

But, the late Y S Rajashekahara Reddy(YSR) led Congress Government(of
course supported by the MUSLIM FUNDAMENTALIST PARTY - the
MAJLIS-E-ITTEHADUL MUSLIMEEN led by the GREAT OWAISI, indirectly by
the CPM- YSR Reddy is a Christian - Communist support has to be there)
had SCALED NEW HEIGHTS..having demonstrated tremendous CORRUPTION
CAPABILITY in almost all SECTORS of the Economy......Well, many of the
scamsters of the UPA Govt seem to have clearly taken cue from AP with
regard to the modus operandi !! -
Take the SATYAM scam..MAYTAS deal, MINING - bread
and butter scam of AP, Tirupati Scam(Tirupati Venkataramana is Black
because of the BLACK MONEY in Tirupati but, SECULAR..money is fairly
distributed among the CHURCH(though more to the Church) and the MiM
party of Hyderabad led by Asaduddin Owaisi related indirectly to the
Razakar fame), LAND SCAM - another bread and butter scam, Vizag port
scam(though ports are run the Central Govt)...........(ellipses) -
Well, there was a joke about whether the State exchequer existed or
not - Kiran Kumar Reddy came to terms with the hard reality when he
took over! - In Kannada - Koothkondre Scam ...Ninthkondre Scam!

Thanks to JANARDHAN REDDY(of course seriously to Justice Santosh Hegde
and journalist Shri S R Hiremath), an interesting confrontation is
enfolding - between the IAS lobby and the Government. Since 2011,
several SENIOR IAS officers have been arrested by the CBI(Yes CBI and
AP has a Congress Govt) in connection with OBALAPURAM MINING SCAM(OMC
has 134 hectares of mines in Anantpur) of the REDDY
fame,Disproportionate Assets case against Jaganmohan Reddy(YSR's
son),EMAAR Land Scam and RAHEJA Land Scam - most related to the YSR
era and to him and his son!!
The IAS officers arrested/questioned are V D
Rajagopal, Y Srilakshmi(whose husband is IGP(CID) M Gopikrishna) , K
RatnaPrabha, State Home Secretary B P Acharya, K V Rao, TTD Chief
Executive Officer L V Subrahmanyam(quite a number - a record in fact).
The point to be noted is that the prosecution of IAS officers needs
permission from the STATE and CENTRAL GOVTs though there are certain
exceptional provisions to the contrary in the CrPC and the PC Act.
The IAS lobby is up in arms as the State Govt led by
by Kiran Kumar Reddy HAS given requisite permissions and
recommendations to the Central Govt. The bone of contention is the
shielding of the POLITICIANS by the CBI whom the lobby contends to be
the protagonists behind the scams - Eg Y Srilakshmi has alleged that
SABITHA INDIRA REDDY(the Home Minister) directed her to act in the way
she did!
They opine that the decisions that incriminated
the IAS officers took, could not have been implemented without the
approval of concerned Ministers. The IAS officers alleged that the
ministers, who belong to the Congress Party, suspected of involvement
in the same cases have been left untouched by the CBI, which is
controlled by the home ministry of the Congress-led UPA government at
the center in New Delhi.

The Congress is in a bind. It does NOT want to push JANARDHANA REDDY -
if he is willing to collaborate with it during the next elections, he
would be absolved of all crimes! YS Jaganmohan Reddy has set the cat
among the pigeons. The AP Congress does not know whom to support and
whom not to. The IAS officers are turning WHISTLE-BLOWERS..the govt
cannot afford to antagonise them!

AP - ANOTHER FEATHER in the CORRUPTION HAT of the Congress!!
The MINING issue is not BJP's issue alone...YSR and hence the Congress
will have to answer a lot too though the Congress via Kiran Reddy is
trying to apportion the blame on to YSR and Jagan Reddy... distance
itself from it

The administration has come to a virtual STAND-STILL - Capital is
flying out of the state - Karnataka has been a beneficiary though!

BREAKING NEWS is that Kiran Kumar Reddy, the CM is flying 20-30
Congress MLAs to Bangalore to sanitise them and keep them away from
getting poached!
