Interesting points:
1. The Farce generated by the media about The Breakdown of dialogue
between the Govt and Opposition:
The BJP's support to the Govt related to the
admissibility of the Pension reforms Bill despite the opposition of
the Left in UPA-1 as this was a Bill initiated by the NDA.
The LIC Bill, the Section 3(d) amendment suggested by
the Rajya Sabha on Product Patents.
2. The Art of the Possible - Be it coalition Mgmt, Electoral
arrangements or Even Paasing of Bills:
The BJP has co-operated whenever the Govt has negotiated a
compromise by being open-minded rather than being rigid in contrast to
"Biased" media reports and "concoctions" about a "closed
non-intellectual mindset" of the BJP.
3. The BJP has a clear stand on the issues of the Lokpal Bill as
against the farcical media pronouncements of a "confused" BJP - its
actually the Govt and the Congress which is confused. Arun has once
again clarified the BJP's position on the CBI and the Judiciary.
4. The BJP has not lost any turf to Team Anna and has an independent
viewpoint - Not a Team B of Team Anna as has been bandied about in the
Media to discredit certain sections!
5. The BJP "Central leadership" is filled with Cerebral minds too as
against the media reports of a "Cerebral Vacuum" with the BJP at the
Center -
