Salary for AE (Application Engineer):
M.Tech - 600,000 + 15% (bonus) + 500 stocks + benefits (Medical Insurance, Travel allowance, broadband..etc).
Salary for PE (Product Engineer)
M.Tech - 600,000 + 7% (bonus) + 500 stocks + benefits (Medical Insurance, Travel allowance, broadband..etc).

Experience: fresher
Technical Skills:
· Should have hands on design of opAmps,Power management Circuits, PLLs, interfaces (Like PCI, USB, HDMI) and/or Data converters (ADCs, DACs).
· Should have very good knowledge of analog design basics like transfer functions, bode plots, stability analysis, thermal and flicker noise and device level understanding. Should have worked independently on a few analog designs. Should have experience with simulation techniques for different type of circuits. Should have good mathematical problem solving skills. Should have exposure to good layout practices and floorplanning.
· Should have worked with Cadence Virtuoso schematic editor, finesim, hspice or other simulators and Matlab. Exposure to spectre and pss/pnoise simulation with spectre will be good.
· Should have good communication/interpersonal skills
