Around 10 people turned up for today's meet. We agreed that the first thing we need is an honest assessment of no. of people willing to participate in our activities. Plz invite your (interested) friends in the group. It'll be much more fun & much less time-consuming than they expect :)

Next, we figured out that a DOCUMENTARY SCREENING & DISCUSSION SESSION will be a good idea to meet each other & to see what we expect from the group. We'll announce the documentary & venue/time really soon (your ideas are surely welcome). We can plan future events at that time.

We'll try to meet faculty & make us official. That helps in terms of getting place to conduct events, etc. Help in this aspect is highly desirable.

Interested members of sister institutes(NIAS, JNC, NCBS, TIFR, etc), faculty, staff, alum are also welcome. PLZ. SPREAD THE WORD.
