Quadrantids to welcome the new year!

Dawn of Jan 3rd (or 4th) of 2014.

Anyone ready to take the risk of viewing this low guarantee meteor shower ?

(and please, do not remind the rain gods to mark their presence for the shower :) )

Did anyone try viewing the Quadrantids?
I got to see only 2 meteors from 2am to 2:30am. So i did give up and went back to sleep.

(earthsky.org claimed a peak of ~60 per hour)

Tried spotting them from the hostel terraces...
Too much of light pollution from the surrounding areas.
