"Best viewing of the Geminids will probably be from about 1 a.m. to 3
a.m. on December 14."

Saw 15 meteors in 60 mins (11:00 to 12:00 am) yesterday night from New
Boys Hostel terrace. It was not very much like a shower, with meteors
coming in irregular intervals.
Some lasted for a 1 sec also and some were big.
You can spot few today night also as the video here details:

Some of us on Raman Annexe terrace saw over 94 meteors in the span of
about 90min. That included some very nice fireballs (10--15)!

We watched from 1.15AM onwards, and had to stop by 2.45AM because the
sky became completely cloudy at that point.

Best meteor shower of the year for me!

There should be still some more tonight, but watch after 1AM.

watched last night..........from the terrace of NBH, I saw about 10-15 during 12:20-1:00 am 5 being fireballs with bluish white color and even brighter than the planet Jupiter.....but the light pollution sucks and I think we really need to plan for a nightout outside the dazzling city light in the future, this time the weather and the time of the shower were favorable (moonless sky) and it will be worth if we could get ourselves out of the city for 1-2 nights

Did anybody get to watch this - the PANSTARRS comet?

Seems like there is still a chance today..

Regards.
