         Malwares are getting matured consistently in terms of their functionalities, AV bypass, infection & propagation methods, and lot more sophisticated malicious vectors. Many of them are now well targeting to specific industry – like nuclear power plants, oil companies, and now BANKS too. Following reference links to a news regarding Malware infecting POS terminals & ATMs of US banks.

 

         It says that the complete code is written in C++ without using any additional libraries, and I’m more surprised to see that these POS terminals are running with windows XP embedded with VNC or Remote Desktops.
