Annual Board Meeting

The IIRA board has planned an annual membership event and board meeting at the Chanhassen Auto Complex meeting room on Sunday April 28th.

As in the past we are doing this as a potluck dinner get together. Our plans are that IIRA members, enthusiasts and board members bring a food dish based on the first letter of your last name.

A to G asked to bring salads.

H-Q brings a main dish.

R-Z please bring a dessert.

We will have the plastic ware and water with some condiments. Please bring your own beverages.

IIRA merchandise will be on hand for all to purchase.

This event starts at 2PM with the annual board meeting. At this meeting the board will be setting goals and tasks for the upcoming summer. In planning a good start to the next racing season.

Then around 3PM will have a membership meeting. Which members can bring ideas and comments to the board plus there will be voting in or out of board members.

After that, the potluck dinner.

Will be placing on MotorSportsReg this event for all to use to sign up beforehand. Use the IIRA website, https://www.iceracemn.com, to get on MotorsportsReg.

One other item to make all aware of. The day before Saturday April 27 from 8AM to 5PM the Autoplex is having their first of 2024 Cars and Caves event. There are plans to have IIRA Members cars on display and a table with our info and merch.
