The IIRA has had to cancel some of the first events of 2024 in January and early February due to not enough ice and warm temperatures in the forecast. However, we are committed to holding events this year if possible. We are considering different options farther out that may have better ice. Please send us your feedback on how far you'd be willing to travel (likely north of the Twin Cities) to attend an event. We are looking for about 18" of good ice. If you have any areas to suggest, please send us your suggestions. All reasonable options are being considered for events this year.
