Annual Meeting

This year’s International Ice Racing Assoc. annual meeting is planned for April 30th.

There is a change in the venue. It is the second floor of Pro Kart in Burnsville.

This change was made to provide the members for more than a membership meeting and food. Members will have the option of renting go karts after the IIRA event.

The website will show packages for kart rental and business hours.

Again the annual meeting will be potluck. IIRA will supply plates, silverware, napkins and bottled water. Please bring a dish to share and any utensils needed to serve it. If you need it plugged in, bring an extension cord.

According to your last name, asking members to bring the following:
A to G should bring salads
H to Q should bring a main dish
R to Z should bring a dessert

Schedule is to follows:

1:00 the annual IIRA board meeting

2:00 or so the membership meeting. We are also saying that we will have the food available during this meeting. Bring any concerns or improvement ideas to the board at this time plus the voting of the board. We do have the Treasurer’s position open. And any other position that one is interested in.

4:00 or so finish of meeting and late lunch/early dinner. This way the members and their families can have more time renting the go-karts.
