Fall Membership Meeting

All:

The planned get together for all IIRA members on September 10th at the club house at the Chanhassen  Autoplex planning is moving forward.

The address is: 1740 Motorplex Court, Chanhassen. It’s web site is  https://chanhassenautoplex.com to see more on this venue.

The IIRA Board has decided to cater the meal for the meeting. The catering costs will be by IIRA so this meal will be free to all members their families. 

A board meeting will be held that day at 2PM which that all are invited to attend. Food will be severed after the meeting.

We are asking two things.

One if you plan on attending please respond back to this email with the number of people that will be coming with you. Or on IIRA Group Facebook page we will have the same info posted and you could respond to that.

Secondly bring your own drinks.

This meeting will be important to the members due to the revamping of the IIRA marketing and discussions on race dates. 

Plus there is plenty of room for the racers to bring there cars to show.
