The Company is a domestic channel partner primarily for Citigroup and for Bharti AXA Life Insurance. Provides origination and processing services for mortgages, credit cards, personal loans and auto loans, under the ¡¥Shelters¡¦ umbrella brand of Citibank. The Company also provides outbound call centre based customer retention services and outbound telemarketing services (including sourcing customers for Mutual Funds & Insurance retail financial products). Operations commenced in 1989, at the same time Citibank launched its retail banking franchise in India. Over the last 18 years the Company has grown strategically together with Citibank and is well positioned to be a significant player in the financial services sector as the Indian economy and retail financial markets enter the next phase of growth.
RKPL presently works exclusively for Citigroup and Bharti AXA ¢w loans (including auto loans, personal loans, home loans and business loans to the Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) sector), Credit Cards and for Life Insurance.
