Dear all,

Based on the first few feedbacks that I have received, I am sending you the directive questions for the AEM Case as below:

1. Estimate the value of AEM and its equity from operations using any of the valuation method/s that you feed deem it fit

2. Discuss the estimation of the value of the tax loss related items, of course the impact of other items shown in case Exhibit -No.11 (P.No.24)

3. How would you estimate the value of AEM especially for the un-mined gold?
