Dear Professors,

Please find attached revised project synopsis for our group project.

As we discussed in project class of 12/15/2013, can you please help us getting the case study document for HP-compaq merger which took place in 2001 and any other relevant case studies which will help us understand "Change" better way.

It will be great if you can refer us a reference book which focuses on cultural merger of organizations and what kind of challenges organization/employee face in it.
