Dear Faculty and Graduating Students,



The 25th  Convocation is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, March 22, 2011.  I
will soon be sending to you the details of the convocation proceedings that
would contain details of the Convocation Hall layout, Academic Procession
(entering and leaving), Activity Schedule, and List of all the Graduating
Students who will be receiving their titles & diplomas in person.



Please note that your rehearsal is scheduled for March 21, 2011, Monday, at
2.00 PM.  Please assemble at 1.45 PM SHARP in the PGP block for the
rehearsal.



Please note that students who do not report for the rehearsal will not be
included in the convocation list.



I request all the faculty members to attend the rehearsal on March 21, 2011.
