This is Alok Srivastava from IIM Calcutta Batch of 2009. After my brief stint in London (that's how I am in this group), I came back to India and worked in few startups (was involved in co-building Rivigo, a logistics startup, from its initial team of 20 members/ 50 trucks into one of India's fastest growing startups with more than 6000 members/ 2300 trucks now). After being involved in a full startup cycle, I decided to launch my own venture - Reniso (www.reniso.com), an End-to-End Property Management firm along with my founding partner, Nishit Sharma (Ex-Investment Banker/IIM Ahmedabad)

Reniso provides a solution for end-to-end property management to house owners living away from their properties (e.g House-owner living in London having a property in Delhi NCR). Our services include Inspection & Reporting, Leasing & Tenant Management, Legal & Compliance, Maintenance & Remodeling and Valuation & Certification. Our team includes professional valuation experts, designers, architects, lawyers, property inspectors, vendors and brokers.

Nishit Sharma IIM Ahmedabad, NSIT Delhi Nishit has been an investment banker and a financial investor for over nine years. He has worked with various Indian and multinational institutions such as ICICI Bank (a leading Indian bank) and AMP Capital (a large Australian fund manager). During his career, he has invested and managed over INR 300 crore in various industries such as infrastructure, healthcare and education.

Alok Srivastava IIM Calcutta, IIT Delhi Alok has over nine years of experience in Infrastructure, Power, Logistics and Finance domain. He has had exposure in both Global as well as Indian set-ups while working at JPMorgan (London and New York) and Lanco, and co-building Rivigo – India’s fastest growing logistics startup. During his career, Alok has been involved in core operations working directly with Chairman/CEOs.
