Apologies for the spam.

I had invested in a luxury builder floor in Sector 70A, Gurgaon with BPTP in their Astaire Gardens township. Its a first floor of a three storey building. The property has received the Completion Certificate from the relevant government authorities and has been offered for possession by the builder. Final finishing of interiors is pending the last payment to the builder.

I am looking to sell the property and hence wanted to check with the group in case someone is looking to invest in real estate in India. The property is very close to Golf Course Extension road (2km) and Sohna road (4km) both of which are upcoming corporate hubs.
