Dear Alumnus,
Wish you a very Happy Diwali and prosperous New Year on behalf of the IIM Calcutta fraternity!
Each one of us, during our two years at Joka goes through a mixed bag of emotions. And it is during this time that we accumulate innumerable memories full of fun, surprises, mischief, experimentation or self-discovery. Memories that can bring a smile to our faces long after the times are gone.
What better occasion would there be to bring out some of these memories of the yester years at Joka, than the Golden Jubilee of the institute?
Hence as part of the ongoing Golden Jubilee celebrations, we are organizing a short story writing competition for students and alumni, titled “My Favorite IIM Calcutta Moment”. We request you to share with us, your favorite IIM Calcutta memory in 100-500 words. Entries can be in Hindi or English. We are not looking for expert writing skills, just a sincere story in simple language.

The winner judged by Professor B. B Chakraborty, also an IIM Calcutta alumnus, will be given signed copies of a book by Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam.
