We take this opportunity to thank you for your guidance, advice and support so far. Now taking a step further, we have taken the initiative this year to start a mentorship program to help ensure that students of our institute fulfill their potential and continue to make  IIM-C a proud institute. A student needs you as a mentor for the guidance in understanding his career aspirations better and encouragement to achieve them.

The mentorship program would include alumni-student interaction on essential topics such as career guidance, what-to and what-not-to expect in the corporate world, leadership and foster learning through the experience and expertise of alumni. The students have keen interest in having you as their professional mentor.
