Who we are
Founded in 2020, British Hindus aims to promote the success of 1 million+ Hindus across the UK. British Hindus have been particularly successful at engaging with young Hindus, with the majority of our 22,000+ followers aged 18-35.
Our dedicated team have engaged positively with mainstream media organisations in the UK, India and across the world. We continue to showcase our Hindu culture and contributions to society with our social media stories reaching millions.
As a community, Hindus are highly educated and have the lowest crime rate in Britain. Research shows that Hindus do not feel like they are positively represented by the media with many Hindu organisations expressing that Hindus in the UK lack a voice.
