Below are the details-- Job Responsibilities: Perform Manual Testing for assigned projects. Develop and execute test plans and cases to validate business requirements. Ensure timely project deliveries as per release plan. Take & implement initiatives for test process improvements and quality of work. Participate in meetings/walkthrough session/group meetings. Ensure compliance with organization and project defined standards and processes. Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor. Review work and deliverables with reporting supervisor. Build a relationship with project stakeholders/business partners Qualifications Years of Experience: 1.5 - 2.9 Years. Educational Qualifications: B.Tech./MCA/Graduation (Minimum 15 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant). Proficient in different kind of Testing - Black box. Good knowledge of Sql query creation, execution and result verification. Plans, writes, develops, executes & verifies test cases. Good knowledge of testing tools like Test Director/Quality Centre is preferable. Should be able to work independently and act proactively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
