Database Administrator Manager
he DBA Manager stays informed on technology trends and makes recommendations on the adoption of new tools, technologies and processes that will improve efficiencies and provide benefit to the organization; is responsible for policies, procedures, and standards that ensure secure and efficient management of key enterprise applications; makes recommendations on training and development opportunities that will position the database administrator team to effective adopt and support key technologies; and ensures collaboration and communication with other technology teams by building a network of strong relationships on the team and across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of demonstrated success as an Oracle Database Administrator supporting an enterprise-class environment, strong written and verbal communication skills, and will be well-versed in crafting technical solutions to meet business requirements
