Intimation to collect OD, PC, TC, MC and Consolidate grade sheet

Dear Students

I hope everything is fine at your end. Coming to the point, as subject cited above, it is noticed that neither you were attended the First convocation program to receive your original degree certificate nor collected by hand from the IIITT office. Hence, I request you to collect your certificates from the office on all working days between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm as early as possible. 

If you are unable to collect personally from the IIITT office, you may send an email to the IIITT office with a CC to this email.  Please write a letter for this purpose, sign  then scan and upload to email.  In your email please mention your full name, Roll no, full postal address to which certificates are to be sent, mobile number and required certificates OD, PC, TC, MC and Consolidate grade sheet etc. which are to be sent by post. 

Please acknowledge and send the details for further process from our end.
