Need immediate assistance

Sir,
As we were about to re-configure the HP Proliant system, we came to encounter one critical problem.when we restarted the proliant system today after coming here, it showed some sort of error stating
"Fan assembly not installed....Fan solution not sufficient......Encountered critical error...."
And the system exited the initial BIOS hardware check-up procdure and restarted more then 10 times automatically, and still continuing to do the same(Anyhow now we have completely turned it off).
We called Sukant sir and gave a brief description of the problem, and he told us that even earlier the system use to give this error --
"Fan assembly not installed....Fan solution not sufficient...."
but it used to get started, which is not happening today.!!He asked us to inform you so as you can contact any HP Service assistance(he told one is here in trivandrum only), as he belevies that it might be a hardware problem.
Sir, i and gangadhar are here only at NILA waiting for the response from you and further guidance.
