User Research & UX Testing at CRKNFrancesca Brzezicki and Percy Miller from the Canadian Research Knowledge Network (CRKN) will share how user research is directly shaping Canadiana’s IIIF-based platform work, from large-scale surveys and UX testing, to structured manifest improvements that support accessibility and navigation. If you’re working with IIIF Presentation, discovery interfaces, accessibility, or digital collections UX, this session should be especially relevant! Our goal is to encourage practical knowledge exchange across institutions working with IIIF, UX, and accessibility.
