Help test Mirador for a new release!

Hello Mirador Community!

At yesterday's Community Call, we confirmed the status of Mirador’s core dependency update work. There is now a working branch with Mirador running React 18. As you may recall from the project roadmap, this is the goal we set last year for this effort. We're very close! Please help us with testing to get this long-awaited release live in production.

You’ll find the latest work in the mui5-react-18 branch. Please build and run this in your respective testing environments, evaluate its functionality as you can, and contribute your assessment as a comment to the pull request to bring this work into the main branch of the code repository. With the benefit of your collective feedback, we’ll be able to move forward confidently to publish this new and much-anticipated version of Mirador.
