New Open Source Jpeg 2000 Codec

Hello!

I am developing a new open source jpeg 2000 codec that uses
gpu video card acceleration. I am expecting to release an alpha version
early next year, which should be able to reach 30 frames per second 4K video encoding using recent AMD or nVidia cards. So, it will be quite fast.

If anyone is interested in testing the codec when it is ready, please let me
know.
