New Accessibility/UX Resource Available for IIIF Viewers

Hey everyone, 

After our discussions at the 2024 IIIF Conference, I wanted to share a resource with practical recommendations for enhancing the usability and accessibility of IIIF viewers, as well as present a more fulsome report on the usability and accessibility studies done by CRKN on the Mirador viewer.
