Hi All,
We are delighted to announce updates to our open source Glycerine viewer. Glycerine Viewer has an elegant interface, supports the IIIF Presentation API and provides a comprehensive annotation feature set. Since our third release in January, we’ve introduced a range of new features:
Please visit the IIIF Cookbook Viewer Matrix to see the breadth of Glycerine Viewer support across recipes. Of course, we support manifests and compliant annotations built with other tools. You can just paste in your manifest at Try Viewer – Glycerine. Visit Glycerine Viewer on GitHub to download code and collaborate.
We also introduced enhancements to Glycerine workbench. Glycerine Workbench provides a suite of annotation tools and end-to-end workflows for researchers, curators and students to collaborate on projects across repositories.
If you’ve not already, you can register for Glycerine Workbench at glycerien.io.
All the best
