Sub: Election to the Managing Committee 2012-2014

 

The Executive Committee has directed that all the IIID Chapters / Centres, to hold their elections by June-July 2012 and to complete the accounts and other formalities as stipulated and to hold the AGM on 26/07/2012 to enable the Headquarters to hold its election by July-September 2012.

 

Accordingly the tenure of the last Managing committee will come to a close at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 26/07/2012. Nominations are therefore, invited from those eligible members who are willing to serve on the Managing committee of IIID, Kolkata Centre for the term 2012-2014 i.e. for the next two years, namely 2012-2013 and 2013-2014.

 

Election will be held as per the IIID norms.

 

One set of Nomination Form is enclosed with this Notice, hard copy of which has been dispatched to you. In case you wish to offer your candidature for Managing Committee election, kindly forward the duly filled in nomination form to the office of the Election Co-ordinator, so as to reach her on or before 10/07/2012 before 4.00 PM.
