3. Creating plans for client retention
4. Taking regular client feedback and initiate corrective action

Thank you for your email.
We have campus recruitments going on in IIHMR Delhi campus and you are welcome to visit us and meet and interview our students. These students are pursuing their post graduate diploma in health and hospital management. They will be available for joining your organization from 1st February 2014. There is a three month period of dissertation from February to May where they will be required to work on a dissertation project along with the regular work in the organization. After May, they shall submit this dissertation project and get their final degrees from IIHMR Delhi. During the dissertation period from February to May, you may choose to give them a stipend or full time salary, as you may wish. After May, they shall be on a full time payroll.
We have many students who are interested for the positions you have mentioned in the mail. Please let me know the job description of the position so I can forward it to our students. I can then send you the CVs of the students who are interested and you can shortlist them for interviews with you. The maximum salary ceiling in Aed 4000 as a Management Trainee. This will go up to 6000 if they successfully complete the training period, which is one year.
And other annual benefits like, one month leave with salary every year, all medical benefits which includes IP, OP, Group Life Insurance, Bonus and annual increment based on performance.
Initially we will do the skype interview, once if they short list, we may come down to your premises for final round of an interview.
