What is the time commitment? An often asked question and one which depends on your ability to donate time to this project. Whatever your level of commitment, we only ask that you complete the tasks that you sign up for doing. The thought at this moment is to ask for some level of commitment in 90 day increments. For instance, Aug. 1 - Nov. 1, xx hours to complete xx task in a project. You will be involved in the planning of the project, and the attack of the project, and therefore be asked to commit to a task and hours. These committed hours will be used in reporting your volunteer hours when evaluating results and "cost".

There are anticipated to be multiple levels of involvement, much as any consulting project. We anticipate directors for each of the sites, project managers who will "manage" agreed upon tasks, consultants who will actively engage in completing tasks, and staff (e.g., Black Belts) who will mentor and engage in helping with the design and completion of the tasks.

So time commitment depends on your availability and talent. We will hope to outline a team to review this at the first meeting, and express interest and help assign tasks.

The Linked In site (www.linkedin.com - IIE Los Angeles group) will act as a reporting tool of where are thoughts are in the project.

Stay tuned to keep abreast of activities. If not this month, you'll understand the context when you have some time to devote. We expect this to take many months (read years)
