The following vacancies are available at Hemas Travels and the advertisement
will appear in the Sunday Times of 6 February 2011.
Hemas Transportation Sector is one of the largest integrated transportation
groups in the country, comprising some of the largest companies in Airline
Representation, Travel Agency, Freight Forwarding, Shipping and Courier
service segments.
Hemas Travels (Pvt) Ltd, the outbound travel arm of the Hemas Transportation
Sector is expanding and looking for individuals with an excellent command of
both spoken and written English , knowledge of MS office applications and
possessing a minimum qualification of 3 GCE A/L passes for the following
positions.
ASSISTANT MANAGER - LEISURE
This position requires to assist the Head of Outbound Leisure in developing
innovative new value added travel products and packages to leisure travelers
and market them effectively. The right candidate should have a minimum of 5
years of experience in the Travel, Tour, Airline or Hospitality sector.
A professional qualification in CIM or SLIM would be an advantage.
SENIOR TRAVEL EXECUTIVE
This position requires to handle reservations, construct fares and identify
customer requirements and create tailor made packages to suit these
requirements. The right candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of
experience in the travel trade. Knowledge of at least one global
distribution system is necessary.
A Diploma in Travel and Tourism would be an advantage.
TRAVEL EXECUTIVE
This position is responsible for handling all travel related services,
specializing in selling Travel related products such as packages, tours, and
cruises for customers. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of
experience in the travel trade. Knowledge of at least one global
distribution system is necessary.
SALES COORDINATORS
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
with a recognized Travel Agency or Airline and a good knowledge of the local
travel market.
A part qualification in CIM or SLIM would be an advantage.
E- COMMERCE EXECUTIVE
This position is responsible for developing, managing and supporting the
Travel Agency B2C and B2B web presence.
A professional qualification in Marketing & IT would be essential.
