N O T I C E

Dear Fellow Members.

As already notified in the Election schedule updated on the Web and subsequent clarifications issued by the Headquarters, the last General Body Meeting of the term 2012-2014 of the Northern Chapter of IIA shall be held on Saturday, 11th July, 2015 at 5PM sharp.

The venue of the meeting shall be at the Auditorium, (Architecture Block) School of Planning and Architecture, 6B, IP Estate, ITO, New Delhi – 110Â 002.

AGENDA for the last General Body meeting for the term 2012-2014.

1. Calling the Meeting to order.

2. To confirm the Minutes of last General Body Meeting held on 08.12.2012.

3. To present the Secretaries report for the period 2012-14.

4. To approve the audited accounts for the financial year 2011-2012 & 2013-2014.

5. To announce the result of election held for the term 2015-2017.

6. To install the newly elected office bearers and executive committee members for the term 2015-2017.

All members are requested to kindly make it convenient to attend the Meeting.
